“Children’s Bookwatch” features “Terra Tempo”

by craigmorecreations on May 12, 2011

We recently received word that The Midwest Book Review included Terra Tempo: Ice Age Cataclysm! in it’s May edition of the online book review magazine, the “Children’s Bookwatch”.  The review has been provided to the Helen C White Library Cooperative where it will be made available to school and community librarians throughout Wisconsin’s public school systems and community libraries.  It has also been distributed to the Cengage Learning series which is published four times each year for academic, corporate and public library systems. That’s not all, the review will also be posted on our Amazon account.

The review itself is short, but sweet.

Terra Tempo: Ice Age Cataclysm!
written by David Shapiro
illustrated by Christopher Herndon
color by Erica Melville

Intended for young readers in grades 4-8, Terra Tempo: Ice Age Cataclysm! is a full color, educational and entertaining graphic novel about three curious young children who discover the secret of time travel, and journey 15,000 years in the past to witness the legendary Missoula Floods.  Naturalist David Shapiro has crafted an unforgettable story, brought to life with vivid portrayals of the landscape and it’s creatures by Christopher Herndon.  Terra Tempo: Ice Age Cataclysm! is an excellent gift for young people and a worthy addition to public library children’s graphic novel collections.
